Goats & Gates! Come learn from the best, corral skills and handling tips and tricks

Join us for a day filled with hands-on and virtual stockmanship. Special guest Temple Grandin will join us to share her thoughts on the importance of stockmanship. Animal Handling Experts from the University of Wisconsin River Falls-Humane Handling Institute will let you experience the world through the eyes of cattle with the "Cattle Vision" experience virtual reality headset. Andrea Warner, Rosie Busch and Dan Macon along with Nathan Medlar will show you the ins and outs of his new ProWay bulk handling system.

This event is brought to you by Kinder Ground, UC Davis and UCCE.

Registration is $15 and is used to support this and other Kinder Ground Projects.

We understand that finances can get tight. We don't want that to be a barrier to your learning. Bringing a few kids, not staying all day, or if $15 is too much right now, that is OK, choose the Discounted or Free admission and donate what you can when you can.
